Product Supply
Who are our customers?
Our key customers are the Supply chain, wholesalers, project contractors.
What information do I need to share when I inquire about a product?
We need the client’s name, country, contact information, product specifications, and images (if any).
Can I order different commodities in the same container?
Yes. (for example)You can order furniture and bicycles, and we can ship them all together in the same LCL container.
How will I know the volume of my order?
On our quotation sheet, we will also include the volume of your order.
How can I get my order inspected?
Yes, we accept inspections such as Bureau Veritas and SGS or others as per client requirements.
Do I need to pay for a third-party inspection?
Yes. Third-party inspection is an outsource service.
Does Saidhem have an in-house product inspection?
Yes. Saidhem has an in-house inspection for physical appearance and quantity inspection.
Which third-party inspection can I use to verify my order?
Our clients usually use Bureau Veritas, SGS, Qima and Intertek.
Do I need to pay the design fee for my packaging customization?
No. Saidhem offers free in-house designing of packaging for the clients.
I need a certificate for my product conformity. How must I proceed?
Upon inquiry of product, you can advise which part of your order you want to get conformity. We will work with certifying institutions to acquire certificates according to your requirements.
Is my order freshly made?
We do not supply goods from shops, markets or stock remaining goods.
Payment
What are the secure terms of payment?
Letter Of Credit (L/C) and Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
Do I need to arrange full payment of my order upon confirmation?
No. You can pay a deposit upon confirmation and balance before loading your order.
How much deposit is requested to confirm an order?
We usually request a 30% deposit upon confirmation of the order.
Can I transfer money from my personal bank account to pay for an order?
No. We do not accept payment from a personal name account to our company account.
What currency can I pay for my order?
USD, Euro, and any other international currencies.
Logistic
Who will export my order?
By taking the Saidhem service, we are responsible for exporting your order to your chosen destination port.
Who will make customs clearing in my country?
You will need to find a customs broker in your country.
How will I know that my order already arrives in my country?
Saidhem logistics department will advise you weekly of the displacement of your order.
Will I get tracking for my order?
Yes. You will receive a weekly tracking status of your order via email.
What documents do I need to clear my order from the customs?
Most countries require; Commercial invoice, Packing list, Proforma invoice, Sale contract, Bill of lading, payment receipt and product sheet (if any).
Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)
What is MOQ?
MOQ is the quantity required for the manufacturing to start production on a selected product.
How many pieces can I order less than the MOQ?
You can make a trial or sample order below MOQ but with a higher price.
Does bigger order price differ from low quantity order?
Yes. The more significant the order, the lower price will be.
Delivery time
What is the delivery time for my order?
It depends on the volume and availability of raw material on an average of 30-40days upon confirmation. (Check Saidhem order management for confirmation)
Does Covid-19 impact the delivery time of order?
Yes. Covid-19 pandemic does affect delivery time because of availability of raw material, labour, transport and other logistics.
If I need urgent order, will it be possible to reduce the delivery time?
Yes. Saidhem team try their best to support the client with an urgent order. (Check Saidhem Order management).
Shipment
Who will make the booking for shipment?
Booking the container is a choice for the client; either book on their own or Saidhem makes their booking upon request.
Does Saidhem have a shipping service to arrange the booking for my order?
Yes. We have a team of 16 years’ experience in logistics to follow and arrange a booking for your order.
What information do I need to share for the bill of lading?
Company name, Company address, Business registration number, phone number, email address, and destination port.
